Summary: Staff were clueless. On check in no mention of breakfast arrangements or $20 food credit. Staff in restaurant could not see if I’d paid for breakfast. Worst flat whites I’ve had in a long time. Cleaning staff using Woolworths baskets to carry their supplies. Did they steal them?
